Life’s like this. Whether you like it or not, you will always be subject to criticism. It is inevitable. Being a good person will bring more “talk” which you dislike, and being a bad one sometimes will escaped because people are being bored of your behavior.
Now, we should really begin to realize that words play a powerful role in shaping a person’s opinions. I am in a teaching group where I try my best to prepare a message that will be more exiting after I am being bombarded as being a boring person. I really tried to do a simple yet easy to absorb message.
However things turned up rather disappointing. Instead of getting an encouragement, what you get is a bunch of bad talks over your efforts. Sometimes it just makes me want to give up. I do not wish for any thanks whatsoever, but at least a little patience plus attention. Now, being so hurt by words, I still understand my position here. I am doing it for God. If the whole group does not turn up, I am very sure one person do – God.
My target is Him. I am bringing His sheep. Even though they might not feel the usefulness now, perhaps my greatest comfort is to know that in time they need God, those messages will help them. Jesus is also a person not accepted by His own group, for me, what is rejection compared to what He has gone through?
